Cat Attack Cookies

Cat Attack Cookies
1 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c soy flour
1 t catnip
1 egg
1/3 c milk or cat’s milk
2 T wheat germ
1/3 c powdered milk
1 T unsulfurated molasses
